ABOUT ME

A dozen or more years ago, when home was one of the poorest regions of Wales, and sometimes the only food in the house was dried noodles, I wrote eight books.
Three of them are for children. Frog Dog Summer, Bird King Spring, and Animal Ark Autumn were conceived as a series. Then there are two travel memoirs, The Wrong Shade of Yellow, and Everything will be Just Perfect, and three crime novels, Trail of Regret, The Incorruptible, and A Deadly Doctrine.
For more years that I care to count, I’ve been busy with my proofreading and editing work. But now that I have more time on my hands, I’ve picked up the pen once again, and am working on a non-fiction exploration of the spirituality of Vincent van Gogh, the final “Winter” volume in my children’s book series, and, purely for fun, a new crime novel set in Buenos Aires.
While my books are all very different, they do share one ingredient in common: a decent dash of humor.
My art crime novel, Trail of Regret, currently free on Google Play Books. Click here for details.
